After your intro consultation, your coach will design an inclusive and holistic program and will be there with you every session in our private studio.

Step 3 - Consistency = success

With ongoing regular contact from your coach, a non-intimidating enviroment, and training sessions tailored to you you’ll have all the tools to succeed.

Embarking on a fitness journey can be daunting, especially with past or present injuries, chronic pain, or specific needs like pre or post-natal care or peri-menopause transition.

At Ethos Movement, we have developed a specialized solution for you - our one-on-one gentle movement assessment and goal-setting session. This personalized approach caters to your unique circumstances and challenges, ensuring a safe and effective strength training journey.

If pain, stiffness, or injuries are holding you back, our professional movement assessment will empower you with a deeper understanding of your body's mechanics.

Pricing

So what does it cost? This varies depending on how many sessions you do per week and what training program you are doing. Our memberships aren’t the same pricing as a 24/7 gym, as we offer so much more. As a guide we have small group options from $30 per week, With one on one sessions starting at $80.
